VOID Agency provides AI development, website development, technical SEO, local visibility, AI-search readiness, authority content systems, measurement setup, and related implementation services. Our services include but are not limited to: • AI workflow, automation, and internal-tool development • Website, landing-page, and search-ready content system development • SEO, AEO, and GEO visibility diagnostics and implementation • Technical SEO, crawlability, schema, and metadata review • Authority content planning and implementation • Lead-path measurement, analytics, and reporting setup • Search infrastructure, measurement, and lead-ops implementation The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VOID Agency and is protected by intellectual property laws. For client projects: • Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner • Custom work product ownership will be defined in the project agreement • We may retain the right to use anonymized representative field notes for portfolio purposes • Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses

When engaging our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner • Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies shared with you • Pay for services according to the agreed-upon payment terms

Payment terms for consulting services will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally: • A deposit may be required before work begins • Progress payments may be structured based on project milestones • Final payment is due upon project completion • Late payments may incur interest charges Specific payment terms will be detailed in your service agreement.

We take confidentiality seriously. Both parties agree to: • Keep confidential information private and secure • Use confidential information only for the purpose of the engagement • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent • Return or destroy confidential information upon request Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VOID Agency, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content or materials you provide to us

Either party may terminate service engagements according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination: • Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date • Each party shall return the other's confidential information • Provisions that by their nature should survive (confidentiality, limitation of liability) will remain in effect We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access for violations of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be: • First addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties • If unresolved, submitted to mediation before pursuing other remedies • Governed by the laws of the State of Texas • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Travis County, Texas The prevailing party in any dispute may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For active service engagements, material changes to terms will be communicated directly to affected clients.
