VOID Agency helps business owners discuss potential AI data licensing fit, explore a possible program route, approve a named introduction and coordinate the handoff. An inquiry does not appoint VOID as the seller’s representative or authorize negotiation on its behalf.
Compensation and cost.
There is no upfront seller fee for the initial referral service. VOID may receive compensation from a receiving program if that program’s conditions are met. We disclose the applicable compensation before a named introduction. Any broader advisory or representation work requires a separate agreement.
No automatic qualification.
The website and fit checker provide a starting point for a conversation. They do not confirm rights, buyer acceptance, value, license terms or payment. Public program criteria and terms may change. VOID does not guarantee an introduction, an accepted dataset or a commercial outcome.
Permission is specific.
A contact inquiry, an approved referral, a data transfer and a license are distinct actions. The authorized business decision-maker approves the recipient and exact information before an introduction. Later data handling and commercial terms are reviewed separately with the receiving program and appropriate advisers.
Your records and decisions.
You are responsible for identifying the appropriate business authority and any restrictions on the material you describe. Keep personal, confidential, third-party and regulated material out of the initial inquiry. Nothing on this website replaces legal, privacy or commercial advice for a proposed license.
Independent routes.
References to public programs and software platforms explain possible criteria or record sources. They do not imply partnership, endorsement, inventory or a seller mandate. You are free to approach public programs directly. The initial referral service is not exclusive.
