What an inquiry includes.
The form collects your name, business email, company, optional website and the descriptions you choose to provide. You may optionally choose how you found VOID. The inquiry also includes a classified first-entry source and the first public page visited in the current tab; these signals can be incomplete and do not prove where you originally discovered us. A fit inquiry also includes the selected record categories and business ranges shown in its summary. The fit checker keeps your answers in the current page until you choose to submit. The eight preparation tools keep entered scenarios and descriptions in the current page, without saving them to a server. A download creates a file from those entries. Reloading clears the tool inputs, and downloading a draft does not send an inquiry or approve an introduction.
Do not submit raw business records, customer or employee information, screenshots, credentials, confidential attachments or regulated data. There is no upload or system connection in the initial inquiry.
How it is delivered and used.
Forms are delivered through Formspree. VOID uses the inquiry details to respond, understand possible fit and coordinate a next step you choose. Email correspondence may retain the information needed to handle that discussion.
Introductions need separate permission.
An inquiry is not authorization to share company information with a receiving program. Before a named introduction, we agree on the recipient and exactly which details may be shared. Any later sample, export or licensing process is considered separately with the receiving program.
Website measurement.
The live website uses Google Analytics for page measurement and Apollo’s website tracker. These third-party services have their own information practices. The website serves its fonts locally. The fit answers, contact details and message text are not sent through our analytics events. After a successful form response, we record a successful-inquiry event with the inquiry type, optional source choice and classified entry context. The entry classification is kept in session storage for the current tab; query strings, arbitrary campaign values and referrer paths are excluded. Only a known public route or an “unlisted” label is retained.
